Your customer service does not seem to be very effective; I purchased your product, have not received a license key, no one is answering the phone, and response to emails sent to support are taking hours. This is very disappointing and frustrating.

Our support was not accessible because of weekend. We don't provide online support during weekend. Sorry.
We responded you via email on Sunday and resent you the license key. The problem was in invalid email entered by you during purchasing.
